Geosolving srl was founded in 2016 as an engineering company to enhanced the specialized engineering skills of Resolving srl, an innovative start-up and spin-off of the Politecnico di Torino active from 2013 to 2016. The company deals with geological and engineering consultancy in the following fields:
- Geotechnical monitoring also by means of ground-based radar interferometry;
- Numerical modeling for the solution of geotechnical problems (tunnels and underground works, excavation, landslides, and engineered slopes);
- Energy geostructures design.
The new corporate form made it possible to expand the services offered, which ranges from geological and geotechnical consultancies to geotechnical and structural monitoring, design, hydraulics, environmental protection, and geothermal energy.
The Geosolving team is made up of Santina Aiassa, CEO and Technical Director with a long experience in the design of civil and hydraulic works, Francesco Antolini, engineering geologist with experience in investigations and monitoring, Lorenzo Milan, geotechnical engineer with experience on monitoring and modelling, Martina Scerbo, geologist, and Marco Barla, Professor at Politecnico di Torino and scientific consultant.
Davide Barla (agronomist), Francesco Campana, Simone De Feudis, Alessandra Insana, Juliana Lopez Ochoa, Andrea Perino (geotechnical engineers) collaborate with the company.
